Buellton

Buellton is a mix of family neighborhoods, agriculture and interesting commercial businesses such as breweries, great dining options, wine tasting experiences and destinations such as the world-famous Hitching Post, the vintage trailers of Flying Flags and Ostrichland USA. Just over 10 miles from the ocean, Buellton was prominently featured in the film “Sideways.” Buellton has about 5,000 residents and offers some of the more affordable housing options in the Santa Ynez Valley.
